Hoi zäme and Happy Pride! 🏳🌈 💖 I’m Patrick – Head of Operations and one of the 3 Co-CEOs at Hiltl. I started in our lakeside restaurants as Deputy General Manager, then moved on to our caterings & events, and afterward, I took over the task of expanding our restaurants, strategically developing them and supporting them at the front. 💪 The Co-CEO thing was never really planned – more of an organic development, as the vibe with Rolf was such a good fit. 😁 I describe myself as an ambitious person and am completing my MBA alongside my 100% job, but my job title is a title. What’s underneath is much more important. 😊 Fortunately, my friends, my relatives, and my boyfriend share the same view and I can really switch off in my free time. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I remember reading the book “Eating Animals” by Jonathan Safran Foer and initially thinking to myself “will I be vegetarian now?” – 10 years later my worst nightmares involve eating meat! 😖🌱 That’s why I’m here at Hiltl too. 💚 Not only have we been entirely vegetarian for almost 125 years, but our food is also 80% vegan, and all the people who work here have a safe place to just be themselves. 🥰 Your sexuality, skin color or gender are not what defines you at Hiltl, but what you can and want do. 🙌
