Howdy! 🤠 My name’s Bryan and I’ve been Head of Product & Quality at Hiltl for 2 ¾ years, which means everything you drink and eat at Hiltl has been carefully selected, tested, and planned for you by my team and I. 😉☝ Currently, I’m completing my Master of Science in Business Development. What fascinates me the most about gastronomy are the emotional and cultural aspects. It’s not just a social meeting place but connects us all. 🥰🤝 Lunch at Hiltl almost reminds me of my own family dinners: Everyone speaks a different language to each other, switches as soon as they don’t know a word, and that’s how it continues. 😂
Swiss German, Italian and French – that’s how we communicated between several languages at the table back home. 🗣 My wife and I speak German but text in English. 😵 Multilingual people understand the struggle! 😜 Diversity and multicultural experiences have accompanied me since my childhood. Among other places, we lived in Singapore and Germany. After hotel management school, I completed my internships in Dubai and Portugal. I simply love traveling and flying! 🌏🧳 At some point I even considered becoming a pilot but it’s not creative enough for me. So I have my private pilot license and can fly around as a hobby. 🛫🌤
Our world is in constant change and becoming more diverse day by day. 🙌 If we all work together, we can progress quickly. With the right people, you can achieve anything in life, as there is much more that connects us than separates us. 💚
