To start, you’ll receive practical tips on how to support your body ideally during your busy workdays. Afterward, we will together prepare well-balanced, vegetarian meals. You’ll also learn about the Meal Prep method. Thanks to the specially created menus, you can enjoy a delicious, healthy, and satisfying meal even during a hectic business day.
Throughout the course, Natascha Bantel, a certified nutrition and health coach, will be available to answer all your questions. Natascha understands the hectic business routine from personal experience and guides people daily on their journey to a sustainably healthier life.
