Whether it’s a quick breakfast, a pre-workout snack, an energy boost before a competition, a healthy snack for kids, a snack on a hike or simply a treat for an afternoon slump – you can always use snacks that provide energy, are healthy, taste super delicious and are quick and easy to prepare!
In this course we will prepare different snacks, such as Cocoa Espresso Energy Balls, Raisin Cranberry Bars, Blueberry Protein Smoothies, Crunchy Peanut Balls, but also salty snacks like a cornbread.
Fruits and nuts provide minerals and fibre, and the mix of good carbohydrates keeps blood sugar levels stable. All this provides lasting energy and avoids food cravings.
All recipes are vegan, contain no wheat (gluten-free) and are free from granulated sugar. Instead, we use dates, bananas, apple sauce or birnel.
