In this cooking class we will show you how to enchant your guests with vegan delicacies.

Vanilla, the queen of spices, is an exotic pod that originated in Central and South America.
In this vegan cooking course we will use vanilla from Indonesia, where it is cultivated under ideal climatic conditions.
You will learn how it is grown, how long the harvesting process takes and why vanilla is so precious.
The “Queen of Spices” can be used in many ways in the kitchen.
Not only does it add a special note to sweet dishes, but it also adds a touch of exoticism to savoury dishes.

Together with our professionals from the Hiltl Academy, you will prepare different delicious dishes on your own.
You can try out and implement the tips and tricks of the course instructors directly.
