Turmeric, chicory, artichokes – three of many foods that are good for our body. In this course you will learn which foods make your gut feel good. Together with the qualified naturopath Sarah Müllhaupt, you will prepare delicious and healthy menus. She will show you a variety of recipes suitable for everyday use, which you can easily cook at home.
