"Life is short - eat dessert first!"

Can a cake without butter become moist and a mousse without beaten egg whites really stiff? The answer is: but of course! In this course the participants learn everything worth knowing about the numerous alternatives to animal products under the guidance of the Hiltl Academy team. Together, we'll taste vegan delicacies and prepare desserts, such as creams, cakes, muffins and vegan panna cotta. Even new vegans and sweettooths will quickly forget their prejudices after making these desserts.
