Selami 🇲🇰Kitchen, Haus Hiltl
My name is Selami and I come from Struga (Macedonia). There I also did my training as a cook in a well-known restaurant. From my homeland I bring along my set up way and my laughter – Macedonians are generally a very cheerful people.
20 years ago I came to Hiltl because I wanted to try something new after the meaty cuisine of Macedonia. Since 2 years I am now in the kitchen management. For the future of Switzerland I hope that people will laugh more and eat less meat!
