Hola! I’m Johanna. 🤗
I come from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, but I grew up in Panama and lived in Germany since 2003. In 2015 I came to Zurich for a holiday trip and wanted to stay here right away! 😋 I quickly made friends and found a job through them. After four months I switched to the Hiltl Dachterrasse. I’m incredibly grateful because it has become my second home. I always like coming to work among other things because of my colleagues! ☺️ From them I learned so much about vegetarianism and veganism. In return, I showed them my favourite Dominican Republic dessert – fried bananas. 🤤 When I’m not making delicious coffees or drinks on the Hiltl Dachterrasse, you can find me with my Yorkshire Terrier. In summer we take long walks at Lake Zurich. 🐶
My wish for the future is that it is as safe everywhere as in Switzerland. Because nobody should be afraid to leave the house because it is too dangerous outside! ❤️
