My journey started at the “Hiltl am Strand” in the Strandbad Mythenquai as assistant manager. πποΈ After summer ended, I switched to our catering team. Now I can see the happy faces of our guests when they try our delicious aperitif snacks. π In my opinion, Hiltl is very dynamic, innovative, and young – always a pleasure to go to work! ππ
In the 90s I often bartended at the very first techno parties in Frauenfeld and even organized some. πͺ©π That’s how I discovered my passion for gastronomy and decided to train in service. π Because of my training in a classic hotel, I moved to Zurich and this is where I will stay. π π Although I tend to describe myself as reserved, I enjoy being around people and love being a good host – that’s probably where my Spanish roots come in. πͺπΈ
