New day – new chance. 😍✨ It’s me, Alberto. ✌ I was originally born in southern Brazil and spent my childhood there. 🇧🇷 I return there every year because it’s my home. I also studied there and did my Bachelor’s degree in International Business Affairs. 💪
I came to Europe in 2016 in search of a new challenge. My destinations were first Austria, as my family’s orginally from there, and later Switzerland. 🇦🇹 🇨🇭 At the Hotel Management School in Zurich, I found my vocation in gastronomy and was able to fully develop. 🤲 Immediately after graduating, I started working at Hiltl. My passion for gastronomy was ignited even more with the work. Now I’ve been managing director of the Hiltl Pflanzbar for a year. 💚💐 It makes me feel like a plant in a pot, because I have the opportunity to pay even more attention to my team and our guests. 🤗
What I love about Hiltl is that we have so many different nationalities and cultures, which challenges and fascinates me at the same time. 🤩 During this time I have done several big trips. Some took me to Asia, where I visited Japan. 🛫🧳 This country impressed me from the beginning. The striving for professionalism, quality and precision became my standard. 🇯🇵 🌸
