Guinness World Records Award for oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world.

Opening of Hiltl Pflanzbar at Talstrasse 62.

Opening of the 1st Vegi-Metzg of Switzerland right next to Haus Hiltl at St. Annagasse 18.

1st season of the two summer restaurants in the seaside resort Kilchberg and the lido Mythenquai.

Opening Hiltl Dachterrasse in the building of the PKZ women.

Opening of the Hiltl Akademie, competence centre for healthy enjoyment.

Opening of Hiltl Sihlpost at Europaallee.

Since September Hiltl Langstrasse in Zurich’s District 4.

Publication of the cookbook “Greentopf” in cooperation with Franziska Stöckli, her students of the timeout class and Schulverlag plus AG.
