We’ll demonstrate the superpowers of legumes and how they can be utilized, not only in salads or curries. For example, we’ll prepare a vegan gin sour with the already well-known Aquafaba, also learn how easy it is to make tofu, okara and soy milk yourself, and plenty more. Of course, we”ll then enjoy the prepared delicacies in a relaxed atmosphere at the Hiltl Academy.
