Vietnam's country cuisine, which is characterized by numerous cultures, inspires both holidaymakers and gourmets. Influences from India, Thailand and China as well as the former colonial power France give Vietnamese cuisine a unique flavour and variety. Whether coriander, parsley, mint, lemon grass or star anise - get to know the most important ingredients of this refined cuisine and prepare authentic vegetarian variants of classics such as the aromatic Pho soup or - with a little dexterity - refreshing summer rolls with the Academy team.
