Professional training for chefs & restaurateurs


Many of your guests ask for attractive and balanced vegetarian & vegan dishes? That’s why we offer these full-day courses with nutritional knowledge and cooking practice. You will learn the ABC of an attractive veggie cuisine with which you will score points with your guests.

Short description:
– Background knowledge on the vegetarian & vegan lifestyle.
– Getting to know the most important meat alternatives
– Preparation & tasting of enjoyable Hiltl dishes
– Group work: collecting & exchanging attractive menu ideas

The course is led by an experienced Hiltl chef and our nutritionist.

All recipes will be sent to you by e-mail as a PDF after the course.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the class will be held in German.
