Eat good, feel good!
In cooperation with the nutrition professionals from betteryou, three new cooking courses have been created around the topic of plant-based nutrition in illnesses. On different course dates, you will get an introduction to the respective topic, where you will get valuable information about one of the three diseases and the important role nutrition plays in it. Afterwards, we cook together simple & everyday dishes that fit the theme of the evening.
