Is it possible to combine “haute cuisine” with simple everyday cuisine? Of course – and all based on healthy nutrients, well-combined ingredients, seasonal and local  materials and influences from different countries. Chef Emanuele Giorgione, who has 23 years of experience in vegan cuisine all over the world, will teach you this and much more in this cooking course. In addition, all the dishes we prepare together are vegan, free from gluten, soy and granulated sugar.

This will be a wellness cooking masterclass where also gastro professionals can get inspired.
