“Life is short – eat dessert first!”
Can a cake without butter become juicy and a mousse without beaten egg white really stiff? The answer is: yes, of course! You learn everything worth knowing about the numerous alternatives to animal products in the sweet kitchen. Together, vegan delicacies will be tasted, and creams, cakes, muffins and vegan panna cotta will be prepared. All concerns of new vegans and dessert lovers will dissolve like icing sugar.
