In this course you will learn all you need to know about the numerous alternatives to animal products in the sweet kitchen. Together you will try vegan delicacies and prepare creams, cakes, muffins and vegan panna cotta. Even for new vegans and dessert lovers, all concerns will dissolve like icing sugar.
