Would you like to get to know a new culture?
As part of the Terra Baltica Cultural Days, an exclusive cooking course will take place at the HILTL Academy on Saturday, 7 December.
Žanis Raivo Behmanis, the chef of the Anna Design Hotel outside Riga, will prepare the best Latvian products together with you in the HILTL Academy.
You can expect fermented currants, potatoes in salt crust and ash, wild fennel, white root risotto and plenty more.
The course is held in Latvian and English.
