In this 4-part project week at the Hiltl Academy, we take the children on a culinary veggie journey and show them daily tips and tricks on how they can easily prepare healthy and delicious dishes. Every day we wield the wooden spoons to an exciting theme and prepare a matching menu, which we then enjoy together.
At the end of the friday course, we will prepare a rich brunch buffet, where parents are invited to feast with their children and the academy team for an extra charge of CHF 20.
By the way – the courses always take place in the morning so that everyone can enjoy the afternoon at the lake.
