Meat the Green online cooking class


Meat the Green – just as its Hiltl cookbook namesake „Meat the Green “, meatiness meets vegginess. How is this possible? Find out in this cooking course. Learn the differences from the professionals of the Hiltl Academy and gather tips and tricks for the preparation of tofu, paneer, seitan and quorn. Have fun sharpening your knives!

Short description:

  • Cooking course takes place via live stream on Zoom
  • Participants cook in their own kitchen and are guided through the course by the Hiltl Akademie instructor
  • The number of participants is limited to 10 so that questions can be answered interactively and individually.
  • Dine together
  • Recipes by e-mail as PDF
  • Basic ingredients for 2 people are included and will be sent to your home at least 1 working day before the course if you register.
    Only possible throughout Switzerland.
