Meat the Green – just as its Hiltl cookbook namesake „Meat the Green “, meatiness meets vegginess. How is this possible? Find out in this cooking course. Learn the differences from the professionals of the Hiltl Academy and gather tips and tricks for the preparation of tofu, paneer, seitan and quorn. Together we’ll make our own tofu and reveal the long-kept secret recipe of the famous Hiltl Tatar. Afterwards we’ll enjoy a cosy meal together – have fun sharpening your knives!
