Everyone’ talking about interval fasting or interval. How exactly can it be implemented in everyday life? What possibilities are there? In this course, you will learn the basics of intermittent eating for better health and learn how often you can eat and what happens in your body when you constantly snack. After an extensive theoretical part, you will prepare delicious and healthy dishes together with the qualified naturopath Sarah Müllhaupt. She will show you a variety of recipes that are suitable for everyday use and explain which foods are ideal for this diet.
Short description
- Coking course takes place via live stream on Zoom
- Participants cook in their own kitchen and are guided through the course by Sarah Müllhaupt & one of the Hiltl Academy chefs
- The number of participants is limited to 10 so that questions can be answered interactively and individually
- Recipes sent by e-mail as a PDF (also serves as a shopping list)
- Basic ingredients for 2 people are included and will be sent to your home at least 1 working day before the course. Only possible throughout Switzerland
