We persuaded Patrick to leave the usual winter barbecue path for you and show you how varied and exciting barbecuing can be at any time of year.

– Participants divide into teams and prepare the dishes with Patrick
– Preparation of the dishes on the Cactus Jack smoker

Saturday, 25 May 2024: 17.30 to 21.00 hrs
In spring, we conjure up delicious dishes on the barbecue with asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms and aromatic bread.

Sunday, 30 June 2024: 11.30 am to 3.30 pm
In summer, aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes and herbs await you – a veritable explosion of colours and flavours.

Thursday, 03 October 2024: 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm
With autumn comes the time for rustic root vegetables & pumpkin. And of course mushrooms: “We grill the forest!”
