«Greentopf» is a multicultural cookbook with vegetarian recipes from all over the world, shaped by the ideas and preferences of young people. On the initiative of the teacher Franziska Stöckli, «Greentopf» was created in cooperation with Hiltl, the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. In their portraits, the students delve into their eating biography and describe their personal culinary experiences. The class also contributed to the selection of over 200 recipes, which were contributed by the Hiltl Academy as a centre of excellence for vegetarian and vegan cuisine – a basic work for every kitchen.
