On the initiative of the teacher Franziska Stöckli, the Greentopf was created in cooperation with the oldest vegetarian company in the world. The students dealt with their eating biography and describe memories of culinary experiences in their portraits. The class was also involved in the selection of recipes that were introduced by the Hiltl Academy as a competence centre for vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The Greentopf is a multicultural cookbook with vegetarian recipes from all over the world, shaped by the ideas and preferences of young people.
