In the Greentopf meets VEG and the City cooking classes you’ll learn how to identify selected, native wild plants, experience differences of the vast variety of herbs and immerse yourself in the aromatic worlds of lemon thyme, marzipan sage and bergamot mint. With the support of the academy team, you will cook a 4-course menu with recipes from our latest cookbook for vegetarian, vegan cuisine: Greentopf.
