From the field into the glass


In this workshop, which we are implementing together with ACKR, we will show you what you can do with vegetables if you are unable to process them fresh and crisp. What do you have to bear in mind when preserving and how do I approach the big topic of fermenting?
Fabian & Reto from ACKR will answer all these questions and give you lots of helpful tips and tricks along the way. All participants will then take home homemade pickles and a glass of fermented food.

ACKR rescues Zurich vegetables that are not for sale due to aesthetic standards from the dustbin and conjures up delicacies such as pickles or chips from them. We are therefore pleased to be able to fight food waste together at this workshop.
