Description

In this course, you will learn the basics of intermittent eating for better health and learn how often you can eat and what happens in your body when you constantly snack. After an extensive theoretical part, you will prepare delicious and healthy dishes together with the qualified naturopath Sarah Müllhaupt. She will show you a variety of recipes that are suitable for everyday use and explain which foods are ideal for this diet.
