Crash Course Kombucha


Have you always wanted to know what the miracle drink Kombucha is all about or what a Scoby is? Then you’ve come to the right place in this workshop, which we’re holding together with Andi Muggli from Funky Ferments and Fermenthings in Brussels. After an introduction to Kombucha, which by the way has been prepared for 2,000 years, and some information about fermentation, we will prepare the refreshing thirst quencher together and answer your questions. At the end, all participants will receive a glass of Kombucha tea including a scoby – so you can prepare your own Kombucha at home at any time and never be left out in the cold.

  • Introduction to fermentation: The different types & history / Fermentation today & the process.
  • Preparing kombucha
  • Eating small Hiltl treats together, exchange, literature references and further information
