Fermentation is a centuries-old method of preserving food and a nice side effect is that the resulting delicacies taste wonderful and are very healthy. Come along on the journey of fermentation. Learn the basics with the kraut master, Andreas Muggli, part of the collective Fermenthings in Brussels, and implement fermenting in everyday life. Among other things, you will prepare the Korean national dish kimchi together.
Of course, there will be various appetisers to try and at the end you’ll be taking a jar of your own kimchi home.
