In 1957 Margrith Hiltl travelled to Delhi as official delegate of Switzerland to the World Vegetarian Congress – that’s when the Indian tradition began in Haus Hiltl. Since then hundreds of Hiltl guests enjoy a selection of vegetarian and vegan Indian dishes every day with their imaginative use of ingredients and the ever changing spice compositions. Let yourself get inspired and get to know the diversity of Indian cuisine and its typical spices.
