In cooperation with the wine experts from Smith & Smith, this cooking course shows you how “low-intervention wines” and vegetarian and vegan cuisine harmonise. With the support of the Hiltl Academy team, you will prepare delicious seasonal dishes and enjoy the matching wines, which are all naturally produced. Experience the variety of natural wines and their surprising flavours and at the same time learn which of these wines go with which dishes – this way you will certainly be able to inspire your guests at your next dinner invitation and maybe even impress them a little.
