In this special vegetarian cookery course, Stefanie Gross-Blau, head of training and founder of the ‘Empowerment for Life Wild Herb School’, will introduce you to the fascinating world of edible wild herbs.

Stefanie will bring the fresh wild herbs with her and teach you everything you need to know about using them in the kitchen and for your health.

You will learn how to recognise the herbs safely, what healing powers they have and how you can use them in delicious vegetarian dishes.
