COVID-19

As the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world (since 1898), we are «responsible towards the diverse creation of humans, animals and nature» in accordance with our mission statement and support the Federal Council’s decision to combat coronavirus. For this reason, our restaurants will remain closed as of 16 March at 9 pm until a further recommendation from the authorities.

Protecting the health of our employees and guests is extremely important to us and we thank everyone for their understanding in these turbulent times:

  • This applies to all Hiltl restaurants, the Hiltl Academy, Hiltl Seminar and the Hiltl Club
  • Our grocery store (Hiltl Vegimetzg) with take-away at St. Annagasse 18 in 8001 Zurich is still open on Mondays and Saturdays
  • You miss the Hiltl Buffet? Now you can quickly prepare many classics like our Züri Geschnetzeltes in your own kitchen. Available as a take-away in the Hiltl Vegimetzg and via the Too Good To Go app.
  • A selection of Hiltl Classics can be ordered on our webshop, now with a minimum order value of only 50 CHF.
  • For those who do not want to cook themselves, our most popular dishes from the à la carte restaurant can be delivered directly to your home by mosi.ch and eat.ch.
  • At farmy.ch you can still get our healthy treat delivered directly to your home
  • Every Thursday 17:30 LIVE on Youtube the Hiltl Academy offers free cooking courses

Spring Alarm Clock (6 – 7 dl)

4 dl orange juice, freshly squeezed

180 g bifidus yoghurt nature

1 dl sea buckthorn syrup

 

Mix well with a whisk and enjoy.
