Brekkie, lunch, dessert or dinner? At the large Hiltl buffet, vegetarian and vegan, hot and cold specialties are served throughout when the weather is fine. By weight – also available as Take Away. When the sun doesn’t shine, there’s coffee and classic summer snacks from the kiosk or from the Hiltl vending machine.
Against Food Waste: 1 hour before closing time, we start dismantling the Hillt Buffet.
