The Hiltl Academy is our centre of expertise for vegetarian and vegan cuisine. On the 5th floor of Haus Hiltl, you’ll find public cooking classes, private cooking events, professional training and more.

This is where we explain, demonstrate and taste – and where we also develop new dishes for our restaurants and menus served by SWISS. A place for anyone looking to expand their cooking skills and discover vegetarian food in a whole new way.

The Hiltl Akademie is located on the 5th floor of Haus Hiltl in the heart of Zurich and is easy to reach by public transport. From the main station, it’s just a few minutes’ walk. Parking is available in the nearby Globus and Jelmoli car parks. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
